Since 1994, the Yeshiva of Cape Town has been proud to provide Torah education and promote Jewish identity throughout the Cape Town community. The Yeshiva is Cape Town's foremost institution of Higher Jewish learning with over 400 people participating weekly in its manifold activities. Firmly committed to the elements of Religious Zionism and Centrist Orthodoxy, the Yeshiva endeavours to provide a depth and breadth of Torah study for the entire Cape Town community.
The Yeshiva of Cape Town served as the blueprint for the Torah Mitzion global Religious Zionist Kollel initiative, now operating in some 25 cities. The Yeshiva of Cape Town is proud of its ongoing association with Torah Mitzion.

The Yeshiva of Cape Town constantly develops innovative and inspiring educational activities, some of which include the following:

United Herzlia Schools: We have entered into an official formal relationship with United Herzlia Schools, partnering to enhance Torah education throughout the system. The bachurim are based at Herzlia Middle school in the mornings, during the school term. They do their own internal learning at the school under Rabbi Einhorn's guidance, learning one-on-one chavruta sessions with Herzlia students (both from the Middle and High Schools), as well as participating in classes in an organized fashion. This strategic partnership is of tremendous significance as it provides a most appropriate channel for making a great contribution to Cape Town Jewish youth and for conveying sound Torah values, aligned with Centrist and Zionist approach to Judaism, to the Cape Town Jewish community, in a real and tangible way.

Chavrutot: Our chavruta programme is the crown of our activities. Our chavruta sessions in Sea Point, Milnerton, Claremont and Constantia continue to be most successful and are fully subscribed. Participants, aged 8 to 80, have the opportunity to engage our bachurim in intensive study in any area of their choice. Studies include Talmud, Mishna, Jewish Law, Chumash, Jewish Philosophy, Siddur and much much more.
